Discuss how much computer access you had in high school as a student, and how those computers were used.  Now, if you were in the same situation as your high school teachers, is there anything you'd have done differently (if high school was a long time ago for you, like it was for me, pretend you're teaching school now) to take advantage of limited computer resources?

In high school, I did not have tons of access to computers. I took two computer classes but that was about all I had in high school. The majority of the classrooms had two computers in them but one was the teachers and the majority of the time the other one was broken. We usually had to go to the library to use the computers if we need to print something. Usually the Libran would be rude about letting us print stuff out as well. I know one of my teachers brought her own computer and printer from home and just used her own materials. If I had little access to computers as a teacher, I would utilize the one I had to its fullest. I would allow students to take turns on it or let them work in groups. I would not give them assignments dealing with computers if they did not have adequate access to one though.
